Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our mobile tyre fitting service.

It's simple. Call us or send us a text with your vehicle details and tyre size. We'll give you an upfront quote, then book a time that suits you. Our fully-equipped mobile unit arrives at your chosen location – home, work, or anywhere on the Fraser Coast – and we fit your new tyres on the spot using the same professional equipment used in any workshop.

We service the entire Fraser Coast region including Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Howard, Torbanlea, Tiaro, Burrum Heads, and surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your location? Just give us a call on 0494 597 910 and we'll let you know.

Our prices include the cost of the tyres plus fitting and balancing. There is a small mobile call-out fee, but this is often offset by the convenience of not having to drive to a shop, wait around, or arrange alternative transport. We always provide a full upfront quote before any work begins – no surprises.

We are an authorised Hankook dealer and stock the full Hankook range. We can also source other brands on request – just ask and we'll find the right tyre for your vehicle and budget.

A standard fitting of two tyres typically takes around 30–45 minutes. A full set of four tyres usually takes 45–60 minutes. This includes fitting, balancing, and a safety check. Times can vary slightly depending on the vehicle type.

For security and payment purposes, we do prefer someone to be present, but we can arrange access to the vehicle if you need to pop inside or are working nearby. We'll always contact you before we arrive and when the job is done.

Yes. We carry puncture repair equipment on our mobile unit. If the tyre can be safely repaired (the puncture is in the tread area and not too large), we'll fix it on the spot. If the tyre is beyond repair, we can replace it with a new one from our stock the same visit.

We accept cash, credit/debit card, and EFTPOS. Payment is taken on completion of the job. We do not require payment upfront.

Your tyre size is printed on the sidewall of your existing tyre (e.g. 205/55R16). It's also listed in your vehicle owner's manual or on a sticker inside the driver's door jamb. If you're unsure, just tell us your vehicle make, model, and year and we'll look up the correct size for you.

Yes. All Hankook tyres come with the manufacturer's warranty. Our fitting workmanship is also guaranteed – if there's any issue with how the tyres were fitted, we'll come back and sort it out at no charge. We stand behind our work 100%.

Yes. While our mobile service covers tyre fitting, puncture repairs, balancing, and rotation, we also operate a fully equipped workshop. If during your mobile fitting we identify a wheel alignment issue, worn suspension, steering problems, or other mechanical concerns, we'll advise you and you can bring the vehicle to our workshop. Services available include wheel alignment, suspension and shock absorber replacement, steering repairs, brake inspections, and general mechanical work.

We primarily service passenger vehicles, SUVs, 4WDs, and light commercial vehicles. For larger trucks, caravans, or trailers, contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll let you know if we can assist.
